The Solution
NetWork™ requires teams of 4 to 8 participants working together to mark coordinates on reusable laminated targets. NetWork's multi-dimensional learning applications help teams and individuals understand the importance of systems thinking, shared leadership, group interaction and much more.
Participants' thinking and behavior styles are immediately demonstrated through use of the NetWork, making it an excellent assessment tool. Activities with NetWork are relatively brief, allowing for accelerated high impact learning. These activities require minimal physical effort, making them appropriate for all participants, including those with limited physical abilities. NetWork is available both in floor or table-top transportable models.
