Embedded QA Automation Engineer
Dubai
INTEREL is actively searching for an experienced and detailed oriented Embedded QA Automation Engineer to develop and execute manual and automated tests to ensure product quality of our home/hotel automation systems. Responsibilities will include developing, testing, documenting, troubleshooting and debugging the software/hardware. There will also be review system requirements and tracking of Quality assurance metrics. Our systems cover the full range of the automation aspects: light control, HVAC control, DALI, IoT (AWS), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, BLE smart, ZigBee, Modbus RTU, TCP/IP and more.
System Engineer
Dubai
INTEREL is actively searching for an experienced and detailed oriented System Engineer to design, implement and maintain our home/hotel automation systems. Responsibilities will include collaboration with stakeholders, including clients and vendors, develop control features to ensure systems meet quality standards, troubleshoot network errors and other technical issues, monitor and manage helpdesk services. The ideal candidate will possess:
1-3 years’ experience in an IT role, such as technical support, or system administration.
Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, Virtualization, system backup, system maintenance.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Interest in cloud technologies and a willingness to learn cloud service deployment and management.
Basic knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft and Networking and familiarity with good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
